The design of the first ramen restaurant in Estonia is centred on the dining experience, creating a contemporary and casual environment that highlights the food rather than relying on traditional Japanese decoration. The concept interprets the essence of Japanese space through simplicity, natural materials, and carefully considered spatial relationships.

The restaurant is organized into three areas: an open kitchen with counter seating, an open dining space connected to the shopping centre atrium, and a more intimate seating area. An open kitchen and a flexible communal table encourage interaction and reflect the social character of Japanese ramen culture.

Light aspen wood, simple white furnishings, and a suspended ceiling of translucent paper create a warm, calm atmosphere that contrasts with the surrounding commercial environment. The restrained material palette and minimal design interventions provide a quiet architectural backdrop that places the focus on the food and the overall dining experience.
