Designed as a gate-like structure, it consists of two volumes—the Main Hall and Small Hall—united by a large roof that creates a forecourt and connects to a courtyard with views over a pond and cemetery, offering moments for reflection.
The building emphasizes permeability, with vertical facade slits allowing visibility and interaction between the interior, surroundings, and society—absorbing the city by day and radiating light and life by night. Inside, a simple and flexible spatial organization, enhanced by panoramic views, makes it a welcoming meeting place for diverse audiences, whether formally dressed or casual, and accessible to the public throughout the day.
Urbanistically, the concert hall aims to bridge two atmospheres: the lively urban environment and the quiet reflective spaces nearby. More than a venue, it will embody inclusivity, openness, and the joy of music, enriching both the city and its people.
