The nearby Pärnu Coastal Meadow Nature Reserve and the well-developed recreational and resort infrastructure provide both natural tranquility and vibrant urban life throughout the year. This is one of the few development sites situated so close to the sea.
The proposed quarter creates a green, community-oriented living environment centered around an open courtyard. Parking is placed along the perimeter, leaving the heart of the area pedestrian-friendly and safe. Buildings are spaced to ensure light, privacy, and wide views toward the sea and surrounding greenery.
Two main pathways define the inner landscape — a direct promenade and a slower, meandering route with rest spots. Rich landscaping, sheltered seating areas, a playground, and a greenhouse create layered connections between public and private spaces. Generous terraces and balconies reinforce the relationship with nature and support a harmonious, human-scaled way of living.
