The interior design for Net Group is based on the idea of the office as an urban environment—diverse, flexible, and supporting natural movement. Since the company works project-by-project, the space needed to allow quick team reorganisation and easy desk changes.

The layout combines “streets,” “courtyards,” and “squares” that create zones for focus, collaboration, and informal interaction. Quiet rooms are sound-isolated, meeting areas support teamwork, and open zones offer freedom and variety.

The two floors serve different purposes: The representative floor welcomes clients and conveys the company’s identity. The “home” floor provides a comfortable everyday workspace for employees.

The result is an office that functions like a small city—dynamic, adaptable, and designed to support creative work.
