The apartment complex is located in Nõmme – a quiet and beloved residential district known for its functionalist villas and tall pine forests. Thanks to its nature-rich milieu and the planned pedestrian link between Nõmme’s centre and the train station, the area is designated for denser development.

The complex consists of two above-ground volumes – a four-story and a three-story building – connected by a shared underground parking level. While the detailed planning envisioned them as two separate forms, they have been designed as distinct yet cohesive elements of one whole.

The faceted building masses are accented by glass-railed balconies and playfully arranged windows. The facade colours are inspired by the outer and inner tones of surrounding pine bark. The abstract balcony rail pattern, with its subtle green accents, further helps the building blend into its natural context. Interior common areas are designed with restraint, following a simple black-and-white palette.
