Office of AGE McCANN

The advertising agency AGE McCANN found its home in the Rotermann Quarter, in the Uus Jahuladu (New Flour Storage) building designed by HGA. The agency aimed to express a renewed identity and brand image through its new office space. As the original architects of the building, we approached the project from both perspectives — the tenant’s needs and the building’s inherent character.

Uus Jahuladu was designed with an irregular rhythm of windows, offering flexibility in zoning and light. Our intention was to preserve the building’s original openness and soft natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere in contrast to typical glass-façade offices.

Today’s workspace must be more comfortable and inspiring than home. We created a multi-layered environment where formal and informal zones alternate. Natural materials, domestic details, and warm finishes evoke a sense of nature and familiarity, shaping a creative and personal place to work.
